We understand that it can be difficult entrusting your pets to others. That's why we value transparent communication with our clients. Our pet sitters will keep you informed with regular updates, photos, and videos of your pets' well-being and activities. Be assured that your pets are being looked after by competent and compassionate hands! While we offer personalized boarding services in our cozy home for special circumstances, we believe that pets are happiest in their familiar surroundings, where they feel safe and comfortable. Our aim is to provide exceptional care for your furry friends in the comfort of their own environment. We know that familiar surroundings reduce stress and create a peaceful retreat for pets while their owners are away, leading to a relaxed and happy reunion upon your return.
However, we recognize that not everyone can offer in-home overnight care, which is why we only arrange boarding services on a case-by-case basis. Recognizing the significance of maintaining your pets' routines, we are committed to upholding their daily habits as they prefer. By tending to them in our home environment, we strive to support their schedules, ease any concerns, and promote their overall happiness and well-being.

Our Boarding Services
Boarding Requirements
An initial evaluation and submission of vaccine records, particularly for dogs under 2 years of age, are required prior to boarding or enrolling your dog in our doggy daycare services. A meeting will be scheduled at our local private HOA dog park or another agreed upon location, taking into consideration the size and breed of your dog. Please be advised that we do not conduct home tours for new clients due to the presence of other dogs in our home and the need to protect the territory of our puppy, making socialization with new dogs potentially a negative outcome. Our priority is to maintain a stress-free environment for our current canine residents and avoid introducing unfamiliar people and dogs that may cause unwanted stress or anxiety. Additionally, a half daycare session may be recommended before boarding to ensure your pet's comfort and ability to adapt in your absence.
Boarding rates vary from $65.00/night to $95.00/night, depending on the breed, size, care requirements and temperament of your dog. As a dedicated dog caregiver and small business owner who works from home, we are fully committed to meeting the needs of your pet. It is important to note that we have a 1-year old Great Pyrenees puppy named Gunnar, weighing approximately 105lbs. He is a very gentle and mellow dog, and it is essential that your pets can interact peacefully with him. For this reason, we request a meeting at our private dog park and limit the number of dogs we host to 2-3 at a time. This ensures that each dog receives plenty of care and attention, as well as the opportunity to socialize with our puppy, while also helping to maintain our own well-being.
Dogs staying with us are treated like family and have the freedom to explore both inside and outside our home, without being crated. Our backyard provides a safe and enjoyable environment with a mix of concrete, grass, and a fenced-off dog play area for playtime. There's plenty of shade for resting, a sun deck for basking, and a separate sunny area. Indoors, our home is clean, comfortable, and engaging. Dogs needing quiet time can have a private room to relax and sleep in. During their stay, dogs will receive adequate exercise and rest. We take daily walks along the Arroyo Simi Walking Path in the mornings and evenings, in addition to playtime in our fenced backyard. When indoors, dogs can lounge on cozy couches or cool floors. Our home is air-conditioned, equipped with dog beds, a doggy door, and an open bedroom door for those who prefer to sleep with us. Dogs are encouraged to freely move between indoors and outdoors to alleviate any nervousness or potential confinement anxiety.
