Our onboarding process is designed to help us learn about your pets, understand their unique needs, and create a personalized care plan that ensures they receive the highest level of care, comfort, and attention while you’re away.

Step 1: Become a PAWsome Client
Complete our New Client Registration Form below. This is required for all new or prospective clients.
Begin by completing our New Client Registration Form with detailed information about your pets, household, and the services you’re interested in.
This information helps us learn about your pets before your consultation and allows us to prepare for your visit.
Step 2: Schedule & Pay for Your Consultation
Once you’ve submitted your registration form, use our Calendly online scheduler to book your New Client Consultation & Care Assessment at a date and time that’s convenient for you.
Your $25 consultation fee is securely paid during the booking process and will be credited toward your first completed pet care service.
When scheduling your appointment, please enter the address where pet care services will be provided in the “Location” field. This allows us to verify that you’re within our service area and ensures we arrive at the correct location for your consultation.
Step 3: Meet Your Pet Care Professional
During your in-home consultation, we’ll:
✔ Meet you and your pets
✔ Learn your pets’ daily routines, personalities, and preferences
✔ Review feeding schedules, medications, and medical needs
✔ Discuss home access procedures and emergency information
✔ Review any behavioral concerns or special care requirements
✔ Recommend services based on your pets’ individual needs
✔ Answer any questions you may have about our services and policies
Our goal is to create a personalized care plan that keeps your pets comfortable, happy, and safe while you’re away.
Step 4: Approve Your Personalized Care Plan
Following your consultation, we’ll finalize your customized care plan and confirm the services, visit schedule, and recommendations that best meet your pets’ unique needs.
Step 5: Reserve Your Services
Once you’re ready to book services, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your requested dates.
Reservations are not guaranteed until your deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed by PAWsome Companions.
The remaining balance is due no later than 72-hours prior to the start of your scheduled services.

Relax knowing your pets are receiving compassionate, reliable, and professional care from experienced pet care professionals who treat every pet like family.
With every service, you’ll receive detailed visit reports, photos and updates, direct communication with your care team, and the confidence that your pets are receiving the exceptional care they deserve.
Consultation Booking
All new clients are required to schedule a New Client Consultation & Care Assessment before services can begin.

Booking Deposits

Service Availability
All services are subject to availability.
Submitting a New Client Registration Form, scheduling a consultation, or completing a consultation does not guarantee availability for your requested service dates. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons.

Our "New Client Consultation & Care Assessment" is crafted to guarantee safe, reliable, and personalized care for your pet. Given the unpredictable nature of animals, it is essential that we obtain accurate and comprehensive information. This not only enhances safety but also supports liability protection and ensures compliance with insurance requirements.
We kindly ask that you answer all questions honestly and thoroughly. Your insights will help us assess your pet's temperament effectively, minimize risks, and provide the highest standard of care for both your pet and our team.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CLIENTS GOING OUT OF TOWN WHO OWN DOGS: For households without a doggy door, please ensure that your dogs receive at least (3) visits per day to fulfill their physiological requirements. This guideline applies except for your departure and return dates, which can be arranged as needed. In certain cases, (2) visits may be permitted if your home setup safely accommodates your dog's needs, such as having an accessible doggy door and a fenced yard.
