Step 1: Complete the New Client Registration Form

Step 2: Submit Your Consultation Fee
A one-time $25 New Client Consultation Fee is required to schedule your consultation and meet-and-greet.
This fee is credited toward your first completed service.

Step 3: Schedule Your New Client Consultation
Once your registration and consultation fee have been received, we’ll contact you to schedule your in-home consultation.
During this visit, we’ll:
• Meet you and your pets
• Learn your pet’s routine and preferences
• Review feeding, medication, and care instructions
• Discuss home access procedures
• Review any medical or behavioral concerns
• Answer any questions you may have
Step 4: Approve Your Care Plan
After the consultation, we’ll finalize your pet’s customized care plan and confirm the services that best meet your needs.
Step 5: Reserve Your Services
A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve all services. Reservations are not guaranteed until your booking deposit has been received and your reservation has been confirmed by PAWsome Companions.
Step 6: Enjoy Peace of Mind
Relax knowing your pets are receiving professional, compassionate, and reliable care from experienced pet care professionals who treat your pets like family.
New Client Consultation Fee
A one-time $25 consultation fee is required for all new clients.
This fee covers the consultation and meet-and-greet and will be credited toward your first completed service.

Booking Deposits
A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve all services.
The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the start of services.
Service Availability
All services are subject to availability.
Submitting a registration form or completing a consultation does not guarantee service availability for specific dates.

Our "New Client and Behavior Assessment Form" is crafted to guarantee safe, reliable, and personalized care for your pet. Given the unpredictable nature of animals, it is essential that we obtain accurate and comprehensive information. This not only enhances safety but also supports liability protection and ensures compliance with insurance requirements.
We kindly ask that you answer all questions honestly and thoroughly. Your insights will help us assess your pet's temperament effectively, minimize risks, and provide the highest standard of care for both your pet and our team.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CLIENTS GOING OUT OF TOWN WHO OWN DOGS: For households without a doggy door, please ensure that your dogs receive at least (3) visits per day to fulfill their physiological requirements. This guideline applies except for your departure and return dates, which can be arranged as needed. In certain cases, (2) visits may be permitted if your home setup safely accommodates your dog's needs, such as having an accessible doggy door and a fenced yard.
