Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in our care, dog boarding is available by approval only and requires:

• Completion of a new client consultation / meet & greet
• Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a home environment
• Proof of current Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations
• Dogs must be free of contagious illness or parasites
• Dogs must be house-trained or wear approved protective garments
• Dogs must be comfortable being handled and supervised by a professional sitter

Boarding is not suitable for dogs with:

• Severe separation anxiety
• Aggression or bite history
• Escape behaviors
• Medical needs requiring constant veterinary supervision

PAWsome Companions reserves the right to decline or discontinue boarding services if a pet’s needs exceed the scope of care we can safely provide.

Pricing & Booking Information

• Rates vary based on length of stay, holidays, and care needs
• Holiday and peak-season rates may apply
• Additional fees may apply for medications, special handling, or extended care
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve boarding dates
• Full payment is required prior to the start of services
• Cancellations are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policies
• Boarding dates are not confirmed until approved and confirmed in writing

**These rates apply for a maximum of (2) dogs, with a charge of $10.00 per additional dog.**

Our Boarding Services

• Rabies
• Distemper (DHPP)
• Parvo
• Bordetella Vaccine (Kennel Cough)
• Negative fecal test result within the past 6 months
• Current prescription of a monthly flea and tick preventative medication

**We also recommend the Canine Influenza Vaccine.

Please disclose any current medical or health issues your pet may have. All dogs will undergo a quick examination upon check-in, and if fleas or flea residue are observed, the pet will not be accepted. If parasites are detected while they are staying with us, specific treatment and care costs may be incurred by the owner/guardian.

Accurate information regarding your pet's health is essential to safeguard the welfare of all animals under our supervision. Omitting any health conditions may lead to extra charges or the pet being denied admission. We appreciate your collaboration in ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets during their stay with us.
