To ensure your pet receives safe, personalized, and reliable care, we collect a few key details. This includes your contact information, emergency and backup contacts, and home access instructions. We also gather your pet’s basic profile, such as age, breed, health history, and any medications.
Additionally, we collect important behavioral and routine information—like feeding instructions, daily habits, triggers, and how your pet responds to new people or environments. This allows us to provide care that’s consistent with what they're used to at home. Finally, we require veterinary information and emergency authorization to act quickly and responsibly if anything unexpected arises.

Before completing your registration, please take a moment to provide thorough and accurate information about your pet’s routine, behavior, and any special needs. We tailor our care to each individual pet, and detailed information allows us to create a safe, structured, and personalized experience from the very first visit. Transparency is essential—especially when it comes to behavior, medical needs, or sensitivities. This information is never judged; it’s what allows us to prepare properly and deliver the highest standard of care.
Please note that we require a $25 new client consultation fee, which covers your initial meet & greet and behavior assessment. This fee is credited toward your first booking if you choose to move forward with services. We also recommend reviewing our policies and service expectations prior to submitting your form. Our process is designed to ensure safety, consistency, and professionalism for both our clients and our team.

What happens after registration?
Once your registration is complete, our team will review your information and upload your details into our system within 2–4 hours. From there, we’ll reach out to confirm your information, answer any questions, and schedule your new client consultation and meet & greet.
During this visit, we’ll get to know you and your pet, review routines, assess behavior, go over home access, and ensure we’re fully aligned before services begin. This step allows us to create a safe, customized care plan tailored specifically to your pet’s needs. After your consultation, you’ll be ready to book services with confidence, knowing everything is set up for a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience.
