How to Book Services

If you've already spoken with one of our team members over the phone, please take a moment to complete our New Client Registration Form. This will help us finalize the details for your upcoming meet and greet. If you haven’t had a chance to speak with us yet, please visit our Contact page to fill out the contact form or scroll down below to schedule an initial phone call.

Once you've submitted your form, we'll receive a confirmation via email. Your information, along with your pet’s details, will be added to our Walkies app, making it easy to schedule an in-person meet-and-greet. After this introduction, we’ll finalize and set up any pet care services you require. You'll also receive a link to access our Walkies Journal, where you can manage your services, book appointments, edit your profiles, check invoices, and view your walks or visits in real time. 📱

Helpful Tips for Ensuring a Great Experience for Your Pets

To keep your pets safe and comfortable, avoid scheduling elective surgeries or non-urgent vet care, such as vaccinations, spaying/neutering, or teeth cleaning, within two weeks of your departure. Unexpected reactions can occur, and we may not be able to address them in your absence, potentially putting your pet at risk.
Before you leave, double-check and update your pet care instructions and emergency contact information. Phone numbers can change, and you may wish to designate a different emergency contact.
Ensure the lockbox is functioning properly and contains a working house key for our access.
Let your neighbors know that we’ll be visiting your home during your time away. Feel free to share our contact information with them in case they have any concerns about your pets or property.
Keep your pet's food consistent for at least two weeks leading up to your trip and ensure there is enough to last while you're away. For items that are perishable, like lettuce or live crickets for reptiles, let us know so we can help manage their supply as needed.
Providing a trip itinerary is optional but appreciated. If you choose to share one, please include the names and phone numbers of your accommodations for easy reference.
