That’s why we require a personalized new client consultation—our “meet and greet”—before starting any services. This one-time $25.00 fee covers the administrative setup of your account and compensates your sitter’s time and travel. The fee is due prior to your consultation and will be applied as a credit toward a future booking with us.

It’s also a chance for you to build trust and establish a sense of comfort with your caregiver. We pride ourselves on crafting personalized care plans based on your pet’s unique routine. During the consultation, our top focus is your pet’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This initial visit helps us form a positive connection with your pet while discussing their specific needs. Your caregiver will arrange a time to meet at your home, where we’ll have an in-depth discussion about all aspects of your pet’s care—whether it’s feeding routines, exercise habits, quirks, or health concerns. This collaborative conversation ensures we’re fully aligned and sets the foundation for a successful partnership.
If you’ve chosen dog walking services, your walker will also take your pup on a brief assessment walk during the consultation. This allows your dog to stretch their legs while the walker observes their behavior in a real-world setting. It’s a valuable step for building rapport and tailoring the walking experience to your dog’s personality and energy levels. With this thorough process, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care that keeps your pet happy, healthy, and thriving while you’re away.

✅ During our visit, we’ll get to know your pet’s personality, routines, and needs. From favorite toys and treats to medications or special care instructions, we’ll make note of every detail to ensure they feel at home—even when you’re away. We’ll also assess your pet’s comfort level and behavior, identifying stress triggers and finding the right balance of playtime, exercise, and relaxation. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are always our top priorities.
✅ Need a hand with household tasks while you’re away? We’ve got you covered! From watering plants and collecting mail to light tidying and trash removal, we’re happy to help. For added convenience, we also provide secure lockboxes for key storage. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to reserve all pet care and dog walking services.

Following your instructions closely, we’ll tend to all their needs while keeping them safe and content. If requested, we’ll also take care of household tasks such as watering plants or bringing in the mail.
✅ Communication is key—we’ll provide real-time updates and share photos or notes so you can see how your pet is doing. Whether it’s a playful moment or a peaceful nap, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your pet is in loving hands.
✅ We love capturing little moments! If your pet is camera-ready, we’ll upload sweet snapshots to our pet care platform. Prefer updates by text or email? Just let us know. You’ll also receive a brief summary of our time together so you always stay in the loop.
✅ Whether it’s feeding, refreshing water bowls, brushing, or giving cuddles, we’ll make sure your pet feels loved and well cared for. We also prioritize mental and physical enrichment—from interactive play to tailored walks based on your pet’s energy level—ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and engaged.
✅ Before we head out, we’ll do a final check to make sure your home and pet are safe and secure. Doors and gates are double-checked, and everything is left just as you entrusted it. Your peace of mind is always our top PAW-ority!
