These extended outings are designed for dogs who enjoy discovering new sights, smells, trails, parks, and outdoor experiences while receiving professional supervision and personalized care.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Adventure Hikes focus primarily on walking, hiking, exercise, sniffing, and trail exploration.

Doggy Excursions are more comprehensive destination experiences and may involve transportation, longer travel time, multiple activities, exploration, enrichment, rest breaks, and more time away from home.

This is why excursions are priced separately from our Adventure Hikes.

Our Adventure Hikes give dogs an opportunity to get out of the neighborhood and experience new sights, scents, terrain, and environments.

1-Hour Adventure — $60
A shorter adventure perfect for dogs who want more exploration and enrichment than a traditional walk.

1½-Hour Adventure — $75
Great for active dogs who enjoy additional trail time, sniffing, exploring, and exercise.

2-Hour Adventure — $90
An extended adventure with plenty of time for exercise, exploration, enrichment, water, and appropriate rest breaks.

3-Hour Adventure — $115
Our longest hiking adventure for active dogs who thrive on extended outdoor experiences.

A slower-paced adventure focused on sniffing, environmental exploration, mental stimulation, and allowing your dog time to investigate their surroundings.

2-HOUR EXCURSION — $105

Perfect for nearby parks, local nature areas, enrichment outings, sniffaris, or shorter destination adventures.

3-HOUR EXCURSION — $135

Ideal for beach trips, larger parks, nature destinations, and dogs who enjoy additional time exploring away from home.

4-HOUR EXCURSION — $165

Our half-day adventure experience with plenty of time for transportation, destination activities, walking, exploration, hydration, enrichment, and appropriate rest breaks.

6-HOUR EXTENDED EXCURSION — $225

A premium extended adventure for dogs who enjoy spending a significant portion of their day exploring. Ideal for farther destinations, beach days, nature adventures, and customized experiences.

MORE THAN JUST EXERCISE

Adventure care is designed to provide both physical and mental enrichment.

Dogs experience new scents, textures, environments, and surroundings while being given appropriate opportunities to walk, sniff, explore, rest, and engage with the world around them.

We never treat an adventure as a race or endurance challenge. The pace and activity level are adjusted to each individual dog.

SAFETY COMES FIRST

Before participating in Adventure Hikes & Excursions, dogs must be evaluated for temperament, physical ability, leash behavior, and suitability for off-property outings.

We consider:

  • Temperament
  • Reactivity
  • Weather
  • Trail conditions
  • Heat exposure
  • Destination suitability
  • Transportation needs

During hot weather, adventure schedules and locations may be adjusted for safety.

Each adventure is planned around your dog’s abilities and preferences, helping us provide a safer, more enjoyable, and more personalized outing.

ADVENTURE TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to and from approved adventure destinations may be included or arranged depending on the service selected, destination, mileage, and care plan.
