Every scheduled visit provides much more than feeding your pets or letting them outside. Our professional pet care providers follow your written care instructions and personalize each visit around your pets’ individual needs. Depending on the service and reserved visit length, care may include:

The amount of care completed depends on the reserved service duration. Additional time may be required when a household has multiple pets, extensive cleaning, detailed meal preparation, medication requirements, mobility assistance, or other specialized responsibilities.
DROP-IN DOG VISITS
Personalized in-home care for dogs who are most comfortable maintaining their normal routine in familiar surroundings.

A brief potty break and essential-care visit for eligible local households.
30 Minutes — $33
Suitable for feeding, a potty break, companionship, and routine care.
45 Minutes — $43
Provides additional time for exercise, play, enrichment, medication assistance, or multiple responsibilities.

Recommended for active dogs, multiple-pet households, detailed routines, or pets needing additional attention.
Visit Recommendations:
Adult dogs over one year old require a minimum of two visits per day while clients are away. Three visits per day are strongly recommended for most dogs.
Puppies under one year old generally require at least four visits per day, depending on their age, potty-training progress, feeding schedule, and individual needs.
Visits shorter than 30 minutes are available only for eligible clients located within approximately 10 miles of our Simi Valley service base. A minimum 30-minute visit is required outside the local service area.
DROP-IN KITTY VISITS
Gentle, personalized care designed around your cat’s established routine, personality, comfort level, and preferred amount of interaction.

20 Minutes — $25
Additional time for feeding, litter care, medication assistance, or brief companionship.

Cats require at least one visit every calendar day while their owners are away. Kittens, senior cats, diabetic cats, cats receiving medication, and cats with specialized needs may require longer or more frequent visits.

SMALL CRITTER VISITS
Professional care is available for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish, and other small companion animals.

Pricing may change based on the type and number of animals, enclosure maintenance, feeding requirements, handling needs, medication responsibilities, and the overall amount of care required.
At least one visit every calendar day is required while clients are away unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
**All visits under 30 minutes are exclusively reserved for local clients residing within a 10-mile radius. If you are located outside this area, a minimum appointment duration of 30 minutes is required.
HOURLY PET SITTING
Hourly care provides extended supervision and companionship in your home for pets who should not be left alone for long periods.
Starting Hourly Rates:
Adult Dog Sitting — $40 per hour
Adult Cat Sitting — $35 per hour
Puppy or Kitten Sitting — $50 per hour
Senior Pet Sitting — $45 per hour
Final pricing may vary for multiple pets, intensive supervision, medical responsibilities, mobility assistance, behavioral needs, transportation, or other specialized care.
A minimum reservation duration may apply depending on location, availability, and requested service times.
DOGGY DAYCARE (OUR HOME)
Daytime care for dogs who benefit from companionship, supervision, playtime, exercise, rest periods, and a structured routine.

Daycare suitability is determined through a consultation and behavior assessment. Rates may vary based on the number of dogs, required supervision, age, medical needs, behavior, transportation, requested location, and level of care.
Daycare is not a substitute for veterinary supervision or around-the-clock medical monitoring.
OVERNIGHT CARE
Our overnight services allow your pets to remain in the comfort of their own home while receiving personalized evening, nighttime, and morning care.
Sunrise & Twilight Care
Two Extended Visits — $100 Total
Includes one evening visit and one morning visit. This option does not include a provider sleeping in the home.
Overnight Companion Care
10 Hours — $110
12 Hours — $120

Overnight hours are scheduled consecutively and generally include evening care, companionship, nighttime supervision, and morning care.
24-Hour Care
24-Hour Come & Go Care — $300
Provides comprehensive care throughout a 24-hour period with approved departures for personal breaks, meals, errands, or other scheduled responsibilities.
24-Hour Live-In Care — $400
Designed for pets requiring an elevated level of presence and supervision. Brief provider departures may still be necessary unless uninterrupted care is specifically arranged and quoted.
Overnight Pricing Notes
Standard overnight pricing includes up to two dogs unless otherwise stated in your quote.
Additional dogs beyond the included amount are $10 per dog, per overnight.
Separate daytime visits, extended daytime supervision, transportation, medication appointments, intensive cleaning, or specialized care may require additional charges.
SPECIALTY OVERNIGHT CARE
Specialty Overnight Care is available for pets requiring more support than a standard overnight reservation.
This may include:
- Puppies and kittens
- Senior or geriatric pets
- Pets with limited mobility
- Pets recovering from surgery
- Diabetic pets
- Pets requiring injections or scheduled medications
- Pets with separation-related challenges
- Pets needing frequent potty breaks
- Pets with complex feeding or care routines

Specialty Overnight Care is individually quoted according to the pet’s condition, required supervision, medication schedule, provider responsibilities, and total amount of care.
PAWsome Companions provides veterinarian-directed supportive care but does not diagnose medical conditions or replace veterinary treatment.
**Specialty overnight care includes older pets, puppies, kittens, and animals that need extra help with behavior or have serious medical issues requiring additional care and supervision.
DOG WALKING
Our personalized dog-walking services provide safe exercise, enrichment, bathroom relief, and positive interaction while helping your dog maintain a dependable routine.

Walk duration includes leashing, safety preparation, water, paw or equipment cleanup, and returning your dog safely to the home.
Walks may be shortened, modified, or replaced with indoor enrichment when weather, pavement temperature, air quality, illness, behavior, or another safety concern makes a full outdoor walk inappropriate.
Additional dogs are $3 each, subject to compatibility, safe handling requirements, and provider approval.
GROUP WALKS & PACK HIKES
Structured small-group activities are available for approved dogs who are socially compatible and able to participate safely.

Pricing depends on the required procedure, pet cooperation, provider qualifications, visit duration, supplies, risk level, and frequency of care.
Routine oral or topical medications may be included during another adequately timed service when they can be administered safely and without extending the visit. Injections, fluids, wound care, resistant-pet handling, complex medication schedules, and services requiring additional time are priced separately.
We reserve the right to decline any procedure that cannot be performed safely or that requires care beyond our professional training and insurance coverage.

Availability is subject to weather, temperature, traffic, seasonal restrictions, destination rules, and your dog’s health and behavioral suitability.
PET TAXI & SUPPLY DELIVERY
Transportation and delivery support is available for veterinary appointments, grooming appointments, approved daycare or boarding facilities, prescription pickup, food delivery, and pet-supply needs.
Starting Base Rate — $35
Additional mileage, waiting time, parking, tolls, appointment assistance, or extended transportation time may apply.
Transportation is subject to vehicle availability, pet temperament, safe containment requirements, and scheduling availability.

We offer a limited range of convenient, light grooming services designed to keep pets clean, comfortable, and refreshed:

The Light Grooming Refresher may include a face, paw, and sanitary-area trim, a light tidy-up, and finishing spritz.
Prices are starting rates and may vary depending on the pet’s size, coat condition, behavior, and the time required.
For most card payments, we utilize Square, our preferred platform for securely processing debit and credit card transactions. We also accept cash and personal checks with prior approval. If you choose to pay by cash or check, your required 50% booking deposit must be paid during your New Client Consultation—no exceptions.
Payments made through Apple Pay, Square, Cash App, or Venmo are subject to a payment processing fee ranging from 2% to 3.5%, depending on the payment method selected.
Returned Check Policy: Any check returned by your financial institution for insufficient funds, a stop payment, a closed account, or any other reason will incur a $50 Returned Check Fee, in addition to any bank fees, collection costs, administrative expenses, legal fees, or other charges incurred by PAWsome Companions as a result of the returned payment. The original invoice balance, along with all applicable fees, will become immediately due, and future payments may be required in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or another guaranteed payment method.
